The role

We are looking for a proactive Product Manager to help us scale our capacity to solve meaningful client problems. You'll be joining our dynamic product team as one of two full-time PMs working across the entire product, supported by strategic input from our leadership team. You'll have lots of autonomy, responsibility for important product decisions, and collaboration from colleagues when you need it. What you'll be doing

You'll work closely with colleagues across product, design, marketing and development to ship features which delight beauty and barbering businesses and help them get the most value from our software:

  • Leading structured discovery to understand what our clients actually need by combining Intercom feedback, PostHog data, client interviews, and competitor analysis into a clear point of view
  • De-risking difficult problems by identifying and executing the cheapest way to get the information we need to have more certainty
  • Making sure we build the right thing at the right time by identifying the highest-impact points of focus across our various product areas and articulating why, so we can prioritize with confidence
  • Creating organized, well-reasoned specs that give design, development and AI tools the clarity and constraints to move quickly, with tradeoffs and risks made explicit rather than hidden
  • Keeping things moving by maintaining momentum across multiple projects at once, holding scope tightly, and preferring working, testable iterations over a perfect plan
  • Using AI tools thoughtfully to accelerate your own work and inform product decisions, while recognizing which types of work still require human judgment
  • Partnering directly with designers and developers to iterate solutions during development
  • Measuring what we ship by defining success metrics upfront, tracking them in PostHog or across other tools, and proactively communicating your findings
  • Creating efficient processes and documentation that help the entire team work better

 

Your experience

Essential

  • You have at least 3 years of directly applicable PM experience with a strong portfolio of complex B2B or SaaS applications
  • You're highly organized and self-managing, able to structure your own work and prioritize effectively
  • You are comfortable in technical discussions with developers and familiar with some programming and query languages for the purposes of prototyping and research
  • You'd rather ship and learn than search for perfect solutions, and you're energized by ambiguity and back yourself to figure things out as you go
  • You have excellent instincts for finding the highest point of leverage in any given system or problem space
  • You think in sustainable and scalable systems that accelerate decision-making and development, rather than defining one-off solutions
  • You’re a whizz at analyzing data and separating the signal from the noise
  • You have experience collaborating closely with design, marketing and development teams and iterating on solutions during development
  • You excel at leading discovery work: carrying out user research, competitive analysis, and data analytics to inform product decisions and create actionable insights

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in booking/scheduling software or tools for service-based businesses
  • Experience with Figma for design and prototyping, and Posthog for product analytics

As a Software Engineer you will be tasked to join our on Prem Team. We are building and scaling SentinelOne’s self-hosted (On-Prem) console, and we’re looking for a strong backend software engineer to join the On-Prem team.

As our new colleague, you should be excited about building and hardening systems that customers run in their own environments — from air-gapped data centers to private clouds. You should love taking an active role, be comfortable diving into complex, large-scale distributed systems, and enjoy owning the reliability, upgradeability, and operability of software that ships outside of SentinelOne’s own infrastructure.

What will you do?

Primary responsibilities include:

  • SentinelOne is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Shift Left Security team within Cloud Native Security (CNS) in India — the team that secures customers’ code, pipelines, and cloud infrastructure before it ever reaches production.
  • Shift Left Security is a core pillar of SentinelOne’s agentless CNAPP. Our toolset secures code right from the start through three primary capabilities: Secret Scanning (detecting 750+ types of hardcoded/leaked credentials across git repositories),IaC Scanning (finding misconfigurations in Terraform, CloudFormation, Kubernetes, and Helm before they ship), and Vulnerability Scanning (surfacing vulnerable dependencies in repositories and container images).
  • We deliver this through deep integrations with version control systems (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket — cloud and self-hosted) and through our CLI (s1-cns-cli) embedded directly into customer CI/CD pipelines.
  • This role is responsible for building and maintaining the high-throughput, resilient scanning services behind these capabilities — systems that autoscale to process hundreds of thousands of scan events per day across multiple regions while keeping customer code safe.
  • We’re looking for someone who errs on the side of simplicity, has a passion for craftsmanship in code, and believes deeply in the value of testing — the kind of engineer who writes tests even when nobody is watching.
  • We value engineers who enjoy performance tuning, care about secure handling of sensitive customer data, and are excited about working with distributed systems, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies.
  • This is a hybrid role with 2 days in our Bengaluru office.

What Skills and Knowledge Should You Bring?

Ideal candidates will have:

  • 2+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on backend development, distributed systems, or data/event processing
  • Strong proficiency in Go, Python, or JavaScript, with a solid grasp of software engineering best practices
  • Hands-on experience with at least one public cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Experience with Kubernetes-based deployments and containerization (Docker)
  • Good understanding of operating systems, networking, RDBMS and NoSQL databases, and messaging/streaming systems such as Kafka
  • Familiarity with event-driven architectures and building resilient, horizontally scalable services

About this Position

Our approach to compensation:

We take a market-based & data-driven approach to compensation. We leverage data from trusted third-party compensation sources to help us understand the market value of a role based on function, level, geographic location, and scope. We evaluate compensation bi-annually, including performance and market-related factors.

Our salaries are benchmarked against market Total Cash Compensation for the geographic location of our job posting. Compensation for some roles is structured as On Target Earnings (OTE = base + commission/variable) while for others it is structured as Salary only.

To comply with local legislation and ensure transparency, we share salary ranges on all job postings. Skills, experience and other factors help determine the final salary we offer which may vary from the original range posted.

Additionally, all permanent team members are eligible to participate in various benefits plans as part of their overall compensation package.

Salary Range:

$90,000-105,000 OTE

What you’ll do

• Build relationships and increase giving from a portfolio of engaged mid-level donors, while supporting communications to the broader mid-level audience

• Manage a donor engagement and cultivation calendar, including coordinating calls, events, and invitations as needed

TheAccount Executivewill be responsible for establishing new strategic relationships while maintaining existing relationships and analyzing customer’s business situations to identify constraints and new opportunities due to technological advances.Drive NiCE Actimize’s response to customers’ critical business problems; improve NiCE Actimize’s position for current proposals while enhancing long-term relationships.

How will you make an impact?

•Responsible for achieving annual sales quota and personally negotiating Enterprise-wideagreements.

•Coordinate and lead all sales activities to achieve business goals.

•Ensure the proposed sales and solutions capitalize on NiCE Actimize strengths and can be implementedsuccessfully.

•Establishing new strategic relationships while maintaining existing relationships and analyzing customer’s business situations to identify constraints and new opportunities due to technologicaladvances.

•Develop and maintain high-level relations with ‘C ’levels

•Create and maintain a high-level presence and a network of relationships to facilitate sales. Initiate, support, develop,and monitor purchasing agreements between NiCE Actimize and thecustomer.

Have you gotwhat it takes?

•Minimum BS or BA degree, preferably in business, finance accounting, or computer science

•3+ years’ experience selling Software solutions to the financial services industry.

•High-profilesalespersonwith excellent communication andpresentationskills

•Proven successful ability to sell $1M Enterprise software/businesssolutions.

•Ability to develop relationships with the ‘C’ level business users to sell based on businessvalue.

•Ability to interface with Sales Engineers and IT users to understand high-level technicalrequirements.

•Global vision, creativity, and long-term planning ability required.

•Experience sellingor general knowledge ofAnti-Money Launderingis a MUST
