What this role involves

Operations & Logistics Director - U.S.

LOCATION: United States, East Coast (Remote, with domestic travel)

REPORTS TO: U.S. Country Manager (Strong functional link to Global Operations & Supply Chain)

PART OF: U.S. Management Team (to be established) A core, founding member shaping Cloetta’s U.S. business from the ground up

TREAT YOURSELF, WORK WITH US

As Cloetta accelerates its expansion in the United States, we are building a dedicated U.S. management team to create a scalable, competitive, and compliant platform for long‑term growth.

Cloetta is Northern Europe’s leading confectionery company, with a portfolio of iconic brands and a long heritage of craftsmanship, quality, and joy. Having successfully entered the U.S. market, the next phase is to evolve from early setup into a robust, repeatable operating model that can support growth across customers, channels, and categories.

The Operations & Logistics Director – US is a senior, foundational leadership role in this journey. This is not about optimizing an existing structure — it is about designing, building, and scaling the operational backbone of Cloetta’s U.S. business. As a key member of the U.S. management team, you will help define how Cloetta operates, competes, and grows in one of the world’s most dynamic consumer markets.

YOUR MISSION & THE IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE

As Operations & Logistics Director – US, your mission is to build and lead a viable, scalable U.S. operations and route‑to‑market setup that enables Cloetta’s commercial ambitions today and in the future.

You will:

  • Act as the architect and owner of the U.S. operational model, from import and logistics through warehousing and customer delivery.
  • Design a scalable setup capable of supporting growth in volume, customers, and channels.
  • Ensure full U.S. regulatory compliance (FDA, FSMA, FSVP, customs) as a baseline requirement and license to operate.
  • Serve as a core member of the U.S. management team, shaping how Cloetta operates in the U.S. alongside commercial and central leaders.
  • Partner closely with central operations, supply chain, quality, and procurement to translate global standards into a fit‑for‑purpose U.S. reality.

This is a role for a builder — combining strategic design, senior judgment, and hands‑on leadership when required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Build the U.S. Operating & Route‑to‑Market Model

  • Design and establish the end‑to‑end U.S. operational setup across import, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Own and drive the operational route to market, ensuring reliability, service levels, and cost discipline.
  • Select, structure, and manage key partners (3PLs, brokers, carriers) with scalability in mind.

Create a Scalable, Controlled Platform

  • Implement operating models, governance, and SOPs that enable growth without loss of control.
  • Anticipate future needs (volume growth, local co‑packing, new channels) and design accordingly.
  • Transition the U.S. business from “setup mode” to repeatable, disciplined execution.

Embed Compliance as a Foundation

  • Ensure full compliance with U.S. regulatory and food safety requirements.
  • Serve as the senior operational interface for audits, inspections, and escalations.

Lead With and Through Central Functions

  • Partner closely with global Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Procurement teams.
  • Ensure alignment between global standards and U.S. execution.
  • Represent U.S. operational needs in central decision‑making forums.

U.S. Leadership Contribution

  • Be an active, shaping member of the U.S. management team.
  • Bring structure, pace, and operational credibility to a growing organization.
  • Support the broader U.S. growth agenda beyond operations alone.

WHO YOU ARE

You are a senior operations leader motivated by building business processes rather than inheriting them.

Experience & Background

  • 8–12+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain within food, CPG, or other regulated consumer goods.
  • Proven track record of building or scaling operating models, ideally in new markets or high‑growth environments.
  • Strong, pragmatic understanding of U.S. import, logistics, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience working with external partners and within global matrix organizations.

Leadership Profile

  • Strategic thinker with strong execution bias.
  • Commercially aware, understanding how operations enable growth and customer success.
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and making decisions early.
  • Credible, calm, and confident at leadership‑team level.\

WHAT DO WE OFFER?

Pay

The compensation range for this position is based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. The salary range for this role is $140,000–$160,000 and is bonus eligible.

Product Founding Product Manager, AI Corps at CODEPATH LIMITED

Founding Product Manager leads product strategy, customer validation, and design for AI Corps, a fellowship program training and deploying AI specialists into enterprise organizations.

Lead Remote Posted about 16 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
    What this role involves

CodePath is the largest educator of college computer science students in the country. We have trained over 50,000 students from 1,000+ universities. Our partners include Amazon, Google, Meta, and 4,000+ companies across the industry. We’ve been training the next generation of technical talent for nearly a decade, and we just launched a $150M initiative with Anthropic, building one of the most ambitious AI workforce programs in the world.

We’re now expanding into new markets and scaling our team so we can move at the speed AI is transforming the workforce. People joining CodePath now will have the opportunity to help architect the next frontier of our work.

We are building toward millions of learners, hundreds of millions in revenue, and billions in economic impact for a generation of technical talent who have historically been locked out of tech. If you want to own something and be part of a 0-to-1 journey at an organization moving at the speed of AI, we think you’d love it here.

    About the Role

    Location: Remote

    Role Type: Full-Time

    Reporting to: Chief Product Officer

Compensation: $200,000 to $232,000 per year

    • Base salary: $135,000 - $175,000
    • Total compensation includes the base salary plus a guaranteed monthly supplement

    The AI Corps opportunity

AI Corps is a fellowship program that sources, trains, and deploys applied AI specialists into organizations. Fellows complete an intensive program, build skills across modern AI stacks, and embed directly with partner teams to ship real work. The first cohort, Claude Corps, is now launching in partnership with Anthropic with 1,000 fellows committed to deploy into nonprofits. The next chapter is enterprise, where the demand is larger, the budgets are real, and the urgency to build with AI is highest.

CodePath spent the past decade building this kind of infrastructure for education: training that produces engineers who perform at top companies, and ten years of outcomes data to prove it works. AI Corps takes the model to enterprise. The first cohort will prove the model inside mission-driven organizations, and enterprise is the next chapter and what our Founding Product Manager, AI Corps will own.

The platform is already in active build, on track for a September launch, and it has been engineering-led from day one: no product leadership, no customer validation, no feedback loops. Bringing those is this job, and getting design ahead of engineering is the first order of business.

Your ownership of the platform will power the full lifecycle: how organizations identify the AI capabilities they need, how fellows are trained to those specs and matched to partners, how they embed alongside existing teams, how incumbent employees build the skills to work with them, and how outcomes get measured in ways enterprise buyers act on.

The enterprise market is our clearest near-term path to making CodePath financially self-sustaining. Companies are racing to retrain entire departments for AI-native work, corporate L&D budgets are expanding, and almost no provider can prove the depth, rigor, or ROI that CodePath has spent a decade building. The path from tens of thousands today to millions of learners runs directly through this product, and the revenue opportunity is the largest in CodePath’s history.

You will partner directly with Earned Revenue, Curriculum, and Engineering, and you will have unusual freedom to do it: a green-lit, funded initiative already in motion, frontier AI tools with effectively unlimited Claude credits, and a small engineering team that ships faster than groups ten times its size.

Two things to know before you apply

Quality is your scoreboard. Revenue here flows through partnerships, so you will not own a number. What you own is whether the platform earns that revenue: fellow engagement, student satisfaction, the quality of every partner and host organization touchpoint. If the experience is excellent, the business follows. If it is not, nothing else matters.

The ceiling is enormous. Through our partnership with Anthropic and our standing with universities, states, and employers, this product launches with distribution most startups spend a decade building. We need someone who thinks at that scale from day one.

    What you’ll do

The Senior Director of AI Programs owns the design and delivery of AI Corps programs. You own the platform that powers them: a new build, separate from CodePath’s core learning platform, which has its own PM. In practice, that means:

    • Define and own the AI Corps platform roadmap, turning fellow, partner, and program needs into clear priorities, holding a high bar for design quality across every fellow and partner touchpoint

    • Define and own the metrics that prove the platform works: fellow engagement, student NPS, host organization satisfaction, and experience quality. Revenue is the outcome; these are the inputs you control

    • Work directly with Anthropic teams and other enterprise partners on deployment, tooling, and joint enterprise opportunities

    • Build the platform that makes AI Corps repeatable at enterprise scale, covering partner onboarding, fellow matching and deployment, performance tracking, and the full partner lifecycle

    • Design the incumbent employee training product, working with AI Programs and Curriculum to build an AI enablement path for existing enterprise employees that runs alongside the fellow deployment model

    • Run sharp discovery with enterprise partners and internal teams, then translate it into success metrics, prototypes, and shipped features

    • Work closely with Earned Revenue to translate commercial needs into platform direction and ensure the product supports what the sales team needs to close and retain partners

    • Design experiments to test your biggest bets, and use both qualitative signal and hard data to change course fast

    • Be the connective tissue between Earned Revenue, AI Programs, Curriculum, and Engineering: align priorities, surface tradeoffs, and unblock the build

    • Use AI across your entire workflow to compress weeks into days, raising the quality and the speed of what you ship

    Who you are

You are a founding-caliber PM who has built from nothing and stayed to scale it. AI is woven into how you work, and the size of this opportunity energizes you.

    Required

    • You have built 0 to 1 and stayed past it. You have taken a product from a blank page to real commercial scale, and you stayed through the hypergrowth that followed, so you know what comes after launch. Bonus if that was at a company that went from a handful of people to a billion-dollar-plus business

    • AI is how you work every day. You can show, not just claim, how your workflow has changed: prototypes, requirements, and analyses you generate and pressure-test in hours, not months

    • You hold strong opinions and you can defend them live. You bring clear, well-reasoned bets and stand behind them under pressure

    • You thrive in ambiguity. You can structure messy problems, build alignment across commercial and technical teams, and drive execution with no playbook

    • You have worked shoulder to shoulder with Sales or Customer Success, and you know what a deal-blocking product gap looks like

    • You have strong analytical instincts. You define the metrics that matter and read the data to make the call

    • You write requirements engineers trust, and you can sell a product strategy to technical and non-technical audiences alike

    Preferred

    • Background building for or selling to corporate L&D, HR, or workforce and benefits buyers

    • Fluency across the modern PM toolkit: product analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hex), prototyping and design (Figma, Framer), data querying (SQL), and AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar)

    • Experience with talent marketplace, staffing, workforce deployment, or HR technology products

    • Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms, integrations, or admin tooling

    • Founder experience or equivalent time building in a zero-to-one environment

We encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every qualification listed. Strong candidates often look different from what a job description imagines, and we would rather talk to someone exceptional who checks seven of nine boxes than miss them entirely.

    Compensation

CodePath has standardized salaries based on the position’s level, no matter where you live. For this role, we’re hiring for an Individual Contributor level position at an annual base salary of $135,000 to $175,000. Total compensation is $200,000 to $232,000, which includes base salary plus a guaranteed monthly supplement. Salary is determined based on your relevant experience and skills as evaluated through our interview process.

    Full-Time Employee Benefits

This is a 100% remote position—work from anywhere in the U.S.! CodePath prioritizes employee well-being with a competitive benefits package to support your health, financial security, and work-life balance.

    • Health & Wellness: Medical, dental, and vision insurance (90% employer-covered for employees and dependents), employer-funded healthcare reimbursement, FSAs, and Employee Assistance Program

    • Financial Security: 401(k), employer-paid life & disability insurance, and identity theft protection

    • Professional Growth: $1,000 annual professional development stipend and home office setup support

    • Student Loan Forgiveness: CodePath is a qualifying employer for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF), helping employees manage student loan debt

    • Additional Perks: Pet wellness plans, legal services, home/auto insurance discounts, and exclusive marketplace savings

    Pay range

    $200,000—$232,000 USD

    What We Do:

Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.

Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. You will pair highly performing engineers with the leading AI development tools to build rock-solid security products for our customers.

    Responsibilities:

    • Deliver performant, scalable products iteratively, helping your teams balance incremental customer value delivery with long-term product evolution
    • Drive the technical roadmap and best practices for our Identity solutions so they are scalable to accommodate rapid growth and increased user demand

    • Scale our current ITDR product while building a new team and features for ISPM
    • Attract, recruit, and retain top engineering talent
    • Hire and coach engineering managers to continue to build and enable great teams
    • Set clear expectations with your leaders and ICs, provide regular feedback, and conduct regular performance conversations to foster a high-performing engineering team
    • Identify opportunities and implement improvements to both the product and engineering practices and processes to optimize efficiency, quality, and time-to-market
    • Collaborate with Huntress’s Architecture, Product Management, and Threat Operations teams to integrate their expertise and needs into our products

What You Bring To The Team:

    • 5+ years of experience at the director level or higher
    • Experience with Claude Code or similar AI coding tools
    • Experience and knowledge of best practices for scalable delivery of on-premise software agents
    • Experience developing, evolving, and maintaining high-volume, scalable solutions
    • Deep understanding of organizing engineering teams to deliver customer value iteratively and experience with various approaches such as hypothesis-driven development, Shape Up, Scrum, and Kanban

    • Experience in a fully remote environment

    What We Offer:

Engineer Staff Software Engineer - Platform, SysEng | Canada | Remote at Grafana Labs

Staff backend engineer designs and scales Grafana Cloud's platform infrastructure to handle hundreds of millions of metrics, logs, and traces per second while improving performance and reliability.

Lead Remote Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
    What this role involves

Grafana Labs, the company behind the open observability cloud, is founded on the principles of open source, open standards, open ecosystems, and open culture. Grafana Cloud, our fully managed observability platform, is flexible and built for scale. With Grafana Cloud’s actually useful AI, organizations can see, understand, and act on all their disparate data to move at the speed of their ambitions. Today, more than 35 million users and 7,000+ customers – including Anthropic, Bloomberg, NVIDIA, Microsoft, and Salesforce – trust Grafana Labs to ensure reliability of their applications and systems, resolve incidents quickly, and optimize their telemetry to reduce noise and cost. We are a 100% remote company with 1,600+ team members across 40+ countries, and we’re backed by leading investors including Lightspeed Venture Partners, Sequoia Capital, GIC, Coatue, J.P. Morgan, CapitalG, and Lead Edge Capital. Learn more at grafana.com and follow us on LinkedIn and X.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.

You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.

This is a remote opportunity and we would be interested in applicants located in Canadian time zones (EST + CST highly preferred at this time).

Staff Backend Engineer - Platform SysEng

    The Opportunity:

Grafana Cloud moves millions of metrics, log lines, and traces per second from our customers’ environments into a highly available, low-latency stack that processes and stores this data, and serves them to dashboards and alerting tools. We aim to grow this to hundreds of millions per second, and it’s critical that as we grow, we improve our performance, increase our reliability, and, of course, do it efficiently and effectively.

The Internal Engineering Platform (IEP) delivered by the Platform department provides application engineers with the tools, systems and Kubernetes clusters they need to build, deploy and run their workloads. Platform roles at Grafana Labs have an eye for engineers with a passion for performance and reliability, and who enjoy taking projects from conception to production. We organize ourselves into squads to allow focus on: cloud infrastructure and capacity management; security; engineering productivity; monitoring and sustainability; and US Federal compliance.

Because we deploy production services, we have on-call rotations to ensure the health of the system. Everyone at Grafana Labs tries to incorporate and use our product line up into their day-to-day, so being on call is an important way to understand our system and how people use our products.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

We are hiring for the Platform SysEng squad. This is an accelerated, cross-cutting squad that is focused on the maturity and scalability of the platform. Currently, SysEng is working across engineering with a goal of reducing new region build timelines to meet customer demands.

We’re part of a Platform Engineering group that manages infrastructure for the teams that are building some of the most cherished tools - Grafana, Mimir, Loki, Tempo, Pyroscope to name a few.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

    • You enjoy working with engineers, as well as with the management structures that are there to support you and enable you and your team to do your very best.
    • You are comfortable working in a remote-first company; communication is key. For us, working together means being collaborative, friendly, kind, and respectful. We operate by consensus, you can contribute to a discussion but then commit to the team decision.
    • As such, being such a highly distributed company, means we would love someone who is keen on working with distributed systems, too.
    • You are eager to learn and grow. There is a lot of room for growth and development, and the team has quite a lot of knowledge to share for those who are wanting to learn.
    • You approach development holistically. The team owns the full life cycle of our code; from writing design docs, to looking at developer feedback, and integration testing. We appreciate engineers who enjoy looking at the big picture, and also notice the details of the brush strokes. The Platform team mainly works with Go, Python, and Shell.
    • You have experience with operating your code. Since a lot of operators and developers use our software, having some grounding in both of these spaces really helps us with building better platforms for our users.

We invest heavily in developer productivity. You can use modern AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow (your choice of tools, within security guidelines), backed by a company-funded usage budget so you can iterate quickly without unnecessary friction. We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development: faster prototyping, test generation, refactors, documentation, and incident follow-ups—always paired with strong code review and quality standards. You’ll also have access to frontier models (e.g., GPT-Codex 5⁄3, Claude Opus 4.6, Gemini 3 Pro).

    Requirements:

    • Proven delivery of large distributed systems. Experience shipping and operating complex systems that span multiple teams, with clear evidence of technical leadership and impact.
    • Demonstrable experience in system design. Deep understanding of tradeoffs around latency, consistency, availability, scaling and cost.
    • Hands-on cloud and platform experience. Solid experience with cloud-native architectures (microservices, containers/Kubernetes, IaC) and the operational practices that keep them healthy.
    • Reliability and performance ownership. Comfortable defining SLOs/SLIs, doing capacity planning, tuning performance, and driving reliability work end-to-end.
    • Excellent coding and design skills. You write clear, maintainable, well-tested code and can lead technical designs — we use Go, but Python/C/C++/Rust or similar translate well.
    • Comfort with AI-assisted development. We embrace AI and agentic development so we expect you to be curious and comfortable using AI-powered developer tools and ideally have practical experience folding them into a team’s workflow.
    • Influence without authority. Ability to align cross-functional stakeholders, set priorities and drive outcomes in a remote-first environment.
    • Strong communicator. Clear written and verbal communication that works across engineers and non-technical stakeholders.

    Bonus Points For:

    • You’ve worked in or on open source, or other community-based projects previously. At Grafana Labs, “OSS is in our DNA”.
    • Familiarity with Kubernetes scheduling and projects like Karpenter.
    • Terraform and/or Crossplane experience. We have mixed usage - each has its strengths.
    • Experience with Tanka and/or Jsonnet.

    Compensation & Rewards:

In Canada, the Base compensation range for this role is CAD 186,368- CAD 223,642. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process. Benefits include equity, bonus (if applicable) and other benefits listed here.

All of our roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), giving every team member ownership in Grafana Labs’ success. We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally.

*Compensation ranges are country specific. If you are applying for this role from a different location than listed above, your recruiter will discuss your specific market’s defined pay range & benefits at the beginning of the process.

    • Scaling Organization – Tackle meaningful work in a high-growth, ever-evolving environment.

    • Empowered Teams – High trust, low ego culture that values outcomes over optics.
    • Career Growth Pathways – Defined opportunities to grow and develop your career.
    • Approachable Leadership – Transparent execs who are involved, visible, and human.
    • Passionate People – Join a team of smart, supportive folks who care deeply about what they do.
    • In-Person onboarding- We want you to thrive from day 1 with your fellow new ‘Grafanistas’ to learn all about what we do and how we do it.
    • Balance is Key - We operate a global annual leave policy of 30 days per annum. 3 days of your annual leave entitlement are reserved for Grafana Shutdown Days to allow the team to really disconnect. *We will comply with local legislation where applicable.

Equal Opportunity Employer: We will recruit, train, compensate and promote regardless of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, disability, age, veteran status, and all the other fascinating characteristics that make us different and unique. What this role involves
    ABOUT US:

Here at Garage Beer, we take light beer seriously and everything else lightly. We proudly embrace our role as the underdog in a category that often forgets beer is supposed to be fun. With a 200% growth in social media followers in just the last year and an expanding network of distribution, we continue to be the fastest growing beer brand in the country! No jargon, no ego, no overthinking it. Just crisp, easy drinking beer made for the garage and everywhere else.

    ABOUT YOU:

You show up for the moments that matter, whether that’s collaborating with the team, building something new, or just making the day-to-day better. You’re dependable, self-aware, and easy to work with. At the end of the day, we’re not looking for perfection. We’re looking for real people who care about doing good work and having a good time. We don’t take ourselves too seriously and neither should you!

    Job Title: General Manager

Location: Remote in Tampa or Atlanta

    What We’re Looking For:

The role of General Manager is responsible for strategic leadership of a division (multi-state territory), with a primary focus in 3 key areas: (1) culture building; (2) revenue management; (3) establishing execution routines within their team and with wholesale partners – each to maximize success in the market. The ultimate outcome of these efforts is to deliver P&L targets across revenue, volume and profit - achieved via strong planning and execution of distribution, feature and display targets. Enablement comes via culture and capability building across the direct and extended team. The role leads the region and partners cross functionally with the national accounts, revenue management, field marketing, finance and operations teams to achieve success. A diverse background in beer / total alcohol beverage three-tier system is required for this role.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Culture Building:

    • Fostering a winning, family-like culture is a must. Winning with a growth mindset is critical across the team. Pushing each other but also having each other’s back is paramount within the Garage Beer culture
    • The role directly manages a group of Area Sales Managers, (a Territory Sales Manager) and Field Sales Reps, but also takes the lead across those who work within or support the geography, such as key account managers, revenue and analytics manager, field marketers and finance. Inclusion across the extended team is important to foster a true sense of team
    • The General Manager should lead via clear goals, metrics and targets, while fostering performance management and career development via regular 1:1s, mid-year and annual performance reviews, and playing an active role in our talent management and development routines
    • Relationship building is critical within the team, with partners across tiers, and with external partners (such as alliance partners, event partners, etc.)
    • We sell beer, it should be fun!

    Revenue Management:

    • This is the most critical lever within the P&L, and it should be led as such – the General Manager must partner with wholesalers, the revenue management team and Garage Beer leadership to deliver maximum revenue and margin for the organization
    • The General Manager will closely follow our revenue model with wholesaler partners and create value throughout the three tiers with our brands
    • The ultimate outcome of these efforts is providing value for our consumers, our retail and wholesale partners and Garage Beer at the intersection of value and price

    Establishing Routines:

    • The General Manager must focus on building capabilities within their direct and expanded team, as well as wholesale partners to maximize our execution in the marketplace. Critical routines include annual planning (distribution, volume, investment), and then the execution of those plans via structured routines across independent distribution, chain mandate execution, feature enablement and display execution
    • The General Manager must drive consistency in wholesaler execution, while recognizing that not all wholesalers operate in the same manner or with the same technology. The results should be consistent, but the path to get there may be varied; however, each path will require routine and discipline to maximize results

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience, with 10+ years in beverage, beer, distributor, supplier, or CPG sales
    • Proven track record leading a team and driving sales growth
    • Technical capabilities, or the capacity to learn, across various internal (VIP, Karma, etc.) and external (syndicated data, distributor reporting, etc.) data sources to identify business opportunities, generate insights and tell great, visual stories is a must
    • This is a remote based role, with travel required primarily within the defined, multi-state footprint of the region, but also with infrequent travel for Garage Beer or industry events

    Bonus Points If You:

    • Are a Beer Expert: You have direct experience in the beer or alcohol category and understand the unique pulse of this industry
    • Have a Competitive, Team‑Focused Approach: You thrive in collaborative environments and bring a drive to win
    • Enjoy Building New Markets and Processes: You’re energized by creating something new, not just maintaining what already exists
    • Stay Curious: You naturally promote a culture of learning, always hunting for the next trend and digging for unconventional solutions to tough problems

    What We Offer:

    • Impactful Work: Fast-moving environment where you can actually see your ideas come to life instead of getting stuck in layers of meetings
    • Our Culture: A place where we’re building a fast-growing beer brand while making sure work is still fun
    • Competitive Compensation: Base salary range of $140,000 - $170,000 annually with incentive opportunities designed to reward both annual achievements and sustained business results plus a $1,000 monthly car allowance
    • Comprehensive Benefits: Currently, our medical, dental, vision, and short-term disability premiums are paid at 100% by Garage Beer. We also offer voluntary benefits and an EAP and are continually evaluating our benefit offerings
    • Flexible Time Off: We offer a flexible PTO policy so you can take the time you need to recharge, in addition to company-observed holidays

The salary range is our good-faith estimate at the time of posting. Please note that actual offers are determined by a combination of individual experience, specific skill sets, internal equity, and geographic location.

Garage Beer is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for our team members.
