We work in close partnership with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Field Marketing, Enablement and Sales to ensure that what we say is rooted in evidence, aligned to go‑to‑market priorities, and activated effectively across regions and verticals. The Brand team balances creativity with rigour, combining strong storytelling with clear governance, prioritisation and measurement to drive both brand equity and business impact.

Senior Content Marketing Manager

This is a senior, hybrid role combining content strategy leadership with hands‑on creation and execution. You will be responsible for building a scalable, well‑governed content engine that balances creativity with commercial rigour, ensuring content is clearly aligned to business priorities and performance outcomes.

What you will do

  • Own GBG’s global content strategy and editorial roadmap, defining content pillars, priorities and plans aligned to brand, product and go‑to‑market objectives.
  • Lead and develop the Content team, providing clear direction, high editorial standards, coaching and support to ensure consistent, high‑quality output.
  • Create and edit high‑impact content yourself, including flagship reports, thought leadership, campaign narratives, point‑of‑view pieces, blogs and executive messaging.
  • Define and maintain content governance, including tone of voice, style guidelines, formats, accessibility, reuse and localisation standards.
  • Run content operations end‑to‑end, owning briefing, editorial workflows, approvals, quality control and production timelines across internal and agency‑produced content.
  • Develop and manage the editorial calendar, balancing always‑on content with priority campaigns, launches and key moments.
  • Lead content strategy for hero campaigns and tier‑1 brand initiatives, shaping narrative architecture and working in partnership with Field, Performance, Product Marketing and Creative teams on execution.
  • Support content‑led events, defining session narratives, speaker briefs, talk tracks and supporting assets for priority brand and tier‑1 events.
  • Partner with Performance Marketing and Field Marketing to ensure content is effectively activated and amplified, without owning channel execution.
  • Establish and report on content KPIs, working with Marketing Operations to measure impact, track performance and continuously optimise the content programme.
  • Manage external writers and agencies as needed, ensuring output meets GBG’s strategic, editorial and quality standards.

Skills we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in senior content marketing roles within B2B technology, SaaS or data‑led organisations.
  • A strong track record of developing and owning content strategy, while remaining comfortable and credible as a hands‑on writer and editor.
  • Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor content for different audiences, seniorities and markets.
  • Experience leading and developing content teams, including managing freelancers and agencies.
  • Deep understanding of content operations and governance, including editorial workflows, briefing, quality control and reuse/localisation.

When you join one of our teams, you’ll be part of a nimble group that’s empowered to set aggressive goals and move fast to achieve them. Strategic risks are encouraged and complex problems are solved together, by passing the mic and iterating until the best solution comes to light. You won’t have to look to find growth opportunities—ready or not, they’ll find you. From retail to government to healthcare, we’re on a mission to bring humanity, connection, and empathy back to business. Join over 5,000 people across the globe who think that’s work worth doing.

Senior Performance Marketing Writer

Why We Have This Role

We’re hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Writer to turn data into words that drive the sales pipeline. You’ll create high-converting ad copy, landing pages, and email sequences that directly influence lead generation for field, partner, demand-gen, and growth programs. You’ll report into our Global Head of PR and Content Marketing and work closely with PR, field & partner marketing, demand gen & growth marketing, media buyers, designers, and video producers to make campaigns measurably better. This role is hands-on, cross-functional, and central to how we scale Qualtrics’ marketing impact.

This role differs from traditional copywriting: you’ll develop and test messaging across channels with a primary focus on engagement, conversion, and overall campaign performance. You’ll translate audience insights and business objectives into messaging that drives action across ads, landing pages, emails, websites, and nurture flows — testing and iterating to maximize engagement and conversion.

How You’ll Find Success

  • Writes concise, persuasive copy that converts across paid search, paid social, display, email, and landing pages.
  • Uses data to iterate: builds and evaluates A/B tests, interprets CTR/CPA/ROAS, and applies learnings quickly.
  • Collaborates effectively with media buyers, designers, web/dev, and video teams to align creative and measurement.
  • Maintains consistent brand voice while tailoring messaging for funnel stage and audience segment.
  • Prioritizes work based on impact to lead generation and marketing KPI improvements.
  • Communicates test results and insights clearly to stakeholders and recommends next steps.
  • Treats copy as a performance discipline — designs and tests messaging across paid and owned channels to improve engagement and conversion, including websites and nurture flows.

How You’ll Grow

  • Deepen expertise in conversion science and multi-channel performance marketing across enterprise software.
  • Expand leadership and influence by partnering with field, partner, and demand teams on strategic campaigns.
  • Broaden creative scope into long-form messaging, landing page optimization, and video scriptwriting.
  • Gain experience presenting data-driven recommendations to senior marketing and GTM leaders.

Things You’ll Do

  • Drive pipeline: Create and optimize copy that improves lead generation metrics for field/partner and demand-gen programs (ads, emails, landing pages, CTAs).
  • Test to learn: Design messaging A/B tests and multivariate experiments; analyze outcomes and iterate to increase CTR and conversion rates.
  • Align creative to channels: Produce short-form ad copy, email sequences, and landing page headlines/bodies that match media strategies and creative assets.
  • Turn data into recommendations: Monitor performance dashboards (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads/Analytics), synthesize insights, and prioritize copy changes with measurable impact.
  • Cross-team enablement: Provide copy and messaging playbooks for field & partner marketing, demand/growth teams, and for video assets (e.g., scripts/short-form captions used in product tours).
  • Maintain brand integrity: Ensure all performance copy adheres to Qualtrics voice while tailoring language for audience segments and campaign goals.
  • Write and optimize messaging across campaigns and channels — paid ads, landing pages, email campaigns, websites, and nurture flows — primarily supporting demand gen and field marketing programs.

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

  • Proven track record of conversion-focused copywriting with clear, measurable outcomes (e.g., improved CTR, decreased CPA, increased MQL-to-SQL conversion).
  • Experience writing across paid search, paid social, display, email, and landing pages — and translating learnings across channels.
  • Strong data fluency: comfortable interpreting dashboards and using results to drive creative decisions.
  • 12+ years in performance copy, conversion optimization, or digital marketing (agency or in-house; enterprise SaaS experience strongly preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience supporting pipeline generation and working closely with demand-gen, field, or partner marketing teams.
  • Experience with A/B testing frameworks and familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and web analytics tools.
  • Portfolio of short-form and long-form performance copy (ads, email sequences, landing page examples, and any video scripts).

Bridge product and market by creating sales enablement materials, managing GTM strategies, and driving adoption of marketing automation products through data-driven campaigns and cross-functional collaboration.

Senior Posted 3 days ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: BR
URL: http://nuvemshop.com.br

Nosso time de Product Marketing

  • Ser a referĂŞncia de produto para Inside Sales e CS — traduzindo diferenciais tĂ©cnicos em argumentos que chegam na ponta e realmente sĂŁo usados;
  • Construir e manter materiais de enablement que evoluem com velocidade a partir do feedback dos times comerciais
  • Identificar gaps de performance nos times comerciais usando análise de funil e dados de CRM;
  • Colaborar com CRM na construção de jornadas, campanhas de geração de demanda e estratĂ©gias de segmentação;
  • Manter o posicionamento da Marketing Suite atualizado frente Ă  concorrĂŞncia no LATAM, apoiando lançamentos com GTM claro e mensagens por pĂşblico e canal.

O que buscamos

  • ExperiĂŞncia sĂłlida em Product Marketing com atuação prĂłxima a times comerciais — Inside Sales, CS ou equivalente;
  • Desenvoltura real com IA no dia a dia — pesquisa, escrita, análise, automação — e interesse genuĂno em ir alĂ©m do uso básico;
  • Capacidade de construir materiais de enablement que chegam na ponta: nĂŁo sĂł bem feitos, mas usados;
  • Habilidade analĂtica para conectar dados de mercado, feedback comercial e comportamento de cliente em decisões concretas;
  • ExperiĂŞncia com CRM e campanhas de geração de demanda;
  • Autonomia para gerenciar mĂşltiplos stakeholders e prioridades simultaneamente.

SĂŁo diferenciais

  • ExperiĂŞncia com e-commerce ou SaaS B2B voltado a PMEs;
  • ExperiĂŞncia com automações e fluxos com IA — agentes, prompts estruturados, integrações;
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de automação de marketing ou plataformas de Ads;
  • Familiaridade com metodologias de discovery e validação de produto;
  • Espanhol intermediário ou avançado.

Nosso processo

  • Plano de SaĂşde, Plano OdontolĂłgico e Seguro de Vida;
  • Flash BenefĂcios: Plataforma que reĂşne vale alimentação, vale refeição e outras categorias como educação, entretenimento, cultura, saĂşde, bem-estar, auxĂlio home office e muito mais;
