  • Create repeatable playbooks: Document and refine processes to build a scalable, global field marketing engine
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Brand, Sales, Growth, Product Marketing, and external vendors to deliver cohesive, high-quality experiences
  • Manage vendors and logistics: Oversee agencies, venues, and partners to ensure flawless execution

What skills do I need?

  • Data-driven approach to goal-setting, reporting, and optimization
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support events

What success looks like

Marketing Sr. Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Search)- Remote, USA at Seamless.AI

Owns end-to-end paid search strategy and execution across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and AI search surfaces, managing multi-million-dollar budgets to drive signups and revenue for a B2B SaaS platform.

Senior Remote Posted about 15 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

The Opportunity

As Sr. Performance Marketing Manager at Seamless.AI, you will own the paid search engine that fuels our freemium funnel, turning high-intent searchers into thousands of free signups every week. You’ll be the strategist and operator behind a meaningful seven-figure annual SEM budget across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and emerging paid AI surfaces. You’ll have a direct, measurable impact on revenue: every keyword, ad, and landing-page test you run will show up in our daily signup numbers. You’ll partner closely with Lifecycle, Analytics, and Product to make sure the traffic you buy converts not just to signup, but all the way to paid. If you live for CAC efficiency, love the speed of a high-volume, transactional B2B SaaS engine, and want to build a paid search program at a category-defining AI company, keep reading.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end strategy and execution for paid search on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, plus emerging paid placements on AI/answer engines
  • Manage a multi-million-dollar annual paid search budget with daily, weekly, and monthly pacing toward signup volume, CAC, and paid-conversion targets
  • Build and continuously optimize campaign structure, keyword strategy, match types, bidding, and negative-keyword hygiene to maximize qualified free signups
  • Partner with Creative and Lifecycle to ship a constant cadence of ad copy, RSAs, sitelinks, and landing-page tests (A/B and multivariate)
  • Develop a measurement framework with Analytics that ties spend to free signups, activation, and paid conversion, not just clicks and CPLs
  • Identify and launch new paid-search channels and AI-search ad surfaces as the search landscape evolves
  • Manage relationships with Google, Microsoft, and agency/contract partners; negotiate pricing, betas, and account support
  • Forecast monthly and quarterly spend, signup volume, and pipeline contribution; own the paid-search section of the marketing QBR
  • Stay obsessively current on auction dynamics, Smart Bidding, Performance Max, and AI-driven match-type changes and translate them into playbooks for the team

Skillset & Requirements:

  • Deep, hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads at scale ($1M+ annual spend) in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Track record of running paid search for a freemium or product-led growth motion with high signup volume and short, transactional sales cycles
  • Strong analytical instincts, comfortable in GA4, Looker/Tableau, BigQuery, and spreadsheets; able to build your own funnel views without waiting on Analytics
  • Sharp creative judgment: you can write strong ad copy and brief landing-page tests, then read the data and call the winner
  • Working knowledge of attribution models (last-touch, data-driven, MMM) and their trade-offs
  • Familiarity with paid placements on AI/answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) and a point of view on where this is going
  • Bias for action, fluent in test-and-learn, and comfortable making bets with imperfect data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication — you can explain why we won or lost a week to a VP in three sentences
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field preferred
  • 6+ years of paid search experience, including at least 3 years owning paid search for a B2B SaaS company with a freemium or PLG offering
  • Demonstrated success managing paid search budgets of $1M+ per year against signup, CAC, and pipeline targets
  • Google Ads and Microsoft Ads certifications preferred
  • Equivalent combination of education and high-volume B2B SaaS paid-search experience will be considered

What this role involves

Contentsquare is the all-in-one experience intelligence platform designed to be easily used by anyone who cares about digital journeys. With our flexible and scalable platform, organizations quickly get a deep understanding of their customers’ whole online journey.

We are a global leader in the experience analytics space, with a growing presence across 15 offices worldwide. We’re here to stay—and we’re looking for team members who are excited to drive impact and help us scale even further.

Our aim is to create an inclusive workplace where everyone learns and succeeds. Contentsquare has built a community of individuals who are daring, understanding, and deliberate. We invite you to join us in making the complex simpler—for our customers, their customers, and each other.

Important note: Be careful of scammers pretending to be from Contentsquare. We will never ask for money or contact you through random texts. For more information, visit our careers blog.

This role sits in a small, agile Product-Led Growth (PLG) Marketing team that uses our product itself (Contentsquare), as well as product-centric experiences that we create, to acquire, convert, and retain customers. We leverage everything from pre-signup AI-powered tools and interactive product demos, to post-signup onboarding and trial experiences, to show users the value of our product.

As our first (Vibe) Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll start by developing a keen understanding of our users: the problems they face and how our product helps, and their journey from awareness to consideration and conversion. With this understanding as your foundation, you’ll use AI tools, LLMs, no-code/low-code platforms, and smart automation to rapidly unlock new product-led growth channels and optimize existing ones. You’ll build user-facing tools and automate processes that drive growth, but it’s not about traffic volume or vanity metrics. It’s about ensuring that the right profile of high-intent users, who stand to get real value from our product, discover Contentsquare and understand its value.

What you’ll do

  • Build and ship MVPs of growth experiments using tools like Lovable, Bubble, Zapier, or custom scripts without needing support from Product & Engineering.
  • Prototype and launch AI-powered workflows to improve speed, personalization, and targeting across marketing channels (e.g. GPTs for ad copy, agents for segmentation, auto-generated landing pages).
  • Automate repetitive marketing workflows from campaign QA to performance reporting to lead enrichment.
  • Leverage APIs, webhooks, and LLMs to stitch together growth infrastructure that scales smarter.
  • Act as an internal multiplier, sharing tools, playbooks, and internal agents that help marketing and GTM teams move faster.
  • Collaborate with design, Product, and Data to test and refine ideas that unlock new growth levers.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS growth marketing experience
  • Proven experience working with AI, APIs, and automation tools. Bonus if you’ve built internal agents, custom GPTs, or soloed internal tools.
  • Exceptional storytelling and writing skills, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear customer value.
  • Fluency in Lovable/Zapier/Make/Tray/N8N, GPT-4, Retool, Notion, Airtable, Python, Javascript, SQL, LangChain, Vercel, or equivalent without being precious about the stack.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Demand Gen teams to deliver integrated GTM initiatives.
  • A bias toward shipping over spec’ing. You believe a working prototype today is better than a polished deck next week.
  • A strong product sense and design instincts, even if you’re not a designer or engineer.
  • The customer-centricity and commercial acumen needed to priotitize the right initiatives to focus on—not because they’re cool, but because they add real value to our customers and move the needle for our business.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a bias toward action and impact.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA a plus.

Why you should join Contentsquare

We invest in our people through career development, mentorship, social events, philanthropic activities, and competitive benefits. We are always assessing the perks we offer to ensure we’re aligned with the employees’ needs.

Here are a few we want to highlight:

  • Virtual onboarding, Hackathon, and various opportunities to interact with your team and global colleagues both on and offsite each year

  • Work flexibility: hybrid and remote work policies

  • Generous paid time-off policy (every location is different)

  • Immediate eligibility for birthing and non-birthing parental leave

  • Wellbeing and Home Office allowances

  • A Culture Crew in every country we’re based in to coordinate regular activities for employees to get to know each other and bond outside of work

  • Every full-time employee receives stock options, allowing them to share in the company’s success

  • We have multiple Employee Resource Groups, that offer a safe space for individuals who share common identities, life experiences, or allyship to connect, support one another, and passionately advocate for the issues close to their hearts

  • And more benefits tailored to each country

  • Free Sports and Fitness: Yoga, fitness, climbing, tennis and more. LOOP covers the costs and gives you access to fitness studios and sports facilities across Austria or Germany.

  • +20% Vacation: We don’t believe there can be enough time to recharge, that’s why all our team members get +20% vacation days per year, we call it Sunny Hours.

  • 4000+ m² Office Space: Our loft space is part of our identity. An ideal environment for working, collaborating and finding inspiration — with an additional 600m² film- and photo studio.

  • 100% Hybrid Work: Home office or LOOP office space? It’s your choice every day, and you don’t even need approval.

  • International and Diverse: Team members from 40+ different nationalities in 7 locations, English as main language and a 55% female leadership quota.

  • And much more: Language Courses, Visa Support, LOOP.Horizon workshops and trainings, Klimaticket Contribution, Audiobook Library, Headspace App Subscription, etc.

Our internal compensation framework is designed to keep things fair, structured, and clear.

So, if you are motivated to join the LOOP Team, we are happy to offer you a position as a Social Media & Content Creator (Finance) in Salzburg or Vienna. We are looking forward to receiving your online application!

  • 3-5 years of experience using Marketo, preferably in a Salesforce integrated environment.
  • Experience using the systems that make up the marketing tech stack (Marketo, SFDC, CMS, Qualified, webinar software, and more).
  • Passionate about process, data, information systems, and automation.
  • Resourceful with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/programs and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic culture.
  • Attention to detail with stellar organization, adhering to tight deadlines.
  • Proven self-starter who is self-motivated to be an integral team player.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and writing skills to work effectively with team members at all levels.

Marketing Senior Performance Marketing Writer at Qualtrics

Senior Performance Marketing Writer creates high-converting ad copy, landing pages, and email sequences while testing and iterating based on conversion metrics and campaign performance data.

Senior Posted about 15 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

At Qualtrics, we create software the world’s best brands use to deliver exceptional frontline experiences, build high-performing teams, and design products people love. But we are more than a platform—we are the creators and stewards of the Experience Management category serving over 18K clients globally. Building a category takes grit, determination, and a disdain for convention—but most of all it requires close-knit, high-functioning teams with an unwavering dedication to serving our customers.

When you join one of our teams, you’ll be part of a nimble group that’s empowered to set aggressive goals and move fast to achieve them. Strategic risks are encouraged and complex problems are solved together, by passing the mic and iterating until the best solution comes to light. You won’t have to look to find growth opportunities—ready or not, they’ll find you. From retail to government to healthcare, we’re on a mission to bring humanity, connection, and empathy back to business. Join over 5,000 people across the globe who think that’s work worth doing.

Senior Performance Marketing Writer

Why We Have This Role

We’re hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Writer to turn data into words that drive the sales pipeline. You’ll create high-converting ad copy, landing pages, and email sequences that directly influence lead generation for field, partner, demand-gen, and growth programs. You’ll report into our Global Head of PR and Content Marketing and work closely with PR, field & partner marketing, demand gen & growth marketing, media buyers, designers, and video producers to make campaigns measurably better. This role is hands-on, cross-functional, and central to how we scale Qualtrics’ marketing impact.

This role differs from traditional copywriting: you’ll develop and test messaging across channels with a primary focus on engagement, conversion, and overall campaign performance. You’ll translate audience insights and business objectives into messaging that drives action across ads, landing pages, emails, websites, and nurture flows — testing and iterating to maximize engagement and conversion.

How You’ll Find Success

  • Writes concise, persuasive copy that converts across paid search, paid social, display, email, and landing pages.
  • Uses data to iterate: builds and evaluates A/B tests, interprets CTR/CPA/ROAS, and applies learnings quickly.
  • Collaborates effectively with media buyers, designers, web/dev, and video teams to align creative and measurement.
  • Maintains consistent brand voice while tailoring messaging for funnel stage and audience segment.
  • Prioritizes work based on impact to lead generation and marketing KPI improvements.
  • Communicates test results and insights clearly to stakeholders and recommends next steps.
  • Treats copy as a performance discipline — designs and tests messaging across paid and owned channels to improve engagement and conversion, including websites and nurture flows.

How You’ll Grow

  • Deepen expertise in conversion science and multi-channel performance marketing across enterprise software.
  • Expand leadership and influence by partnering with field, partner, and demand teams on strategic campaigns.
  • Broaden creative scope into long-form messaging, landing page optimization, and video scriptwriting.
  • Gain experience presenting data-driven recommendations to senior marketing and GTM leaders.

Things You’ll Do

  • Drive pipeline: Create and optimize copy that improves lead generation metrics for field/partner and demand-gen programs (ads, emails, landing pages, CTAs).
  • Test to learn: Design messaging A/B tests and multivariate experiments; analyze outcomes and iterate to increase CTR and conversion rates.
  • Align creative to channels: Produce short-form ad copy, email sequences, and landing page headlines/bodies that match media strategies and creative assets.
  • Turn data into recommendations: Monitor performance dashboards (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads/Analytics), synthesize insights, and prioritize copy changes with measurable impact.
  • Cross-team enablement: Provide copy and messaging playbooks for field & partner marketing, demand/growth teams, and for video assets (e.g., scripts/short-form captions used in product tours).
  • Maintain brand integrity: Ensure all performance copy adheres to Qualtrics voice while tailoring language for audience segments and campaign goals.
  • Write and optimize messaging across campaigns and channels — paid ads, landing pages, email campaigns, websites, and nurture flows — primarily supporting demand gen and field marketing programs.

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

  • Proven track record of conversion-focused copywriting with clear, measurable outcomes (e.g., improved CTR, decreased CPA, increased MQL-to-SQL conversion).
  • Experience writing across paid search, paid social, display, email, and landing pages — and translating learnings across channels.
  • Strong data fluency: comfortable interpreting dashboards and using results to drive creative decisions.
  • 12+ years in performance copy, conversion optimization, or digital marketing (agency or in-house; enterprise SaaS experience strongly preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience supporting pipeline generation and working closely with demand-gen, field, or partner marketing teams.
  • Experience with A/B testing frameworks and familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and web analytics tools.
  • Portfolio of short-form and long-form performance copy (ads, email sequences, landing page examples, and any video scripts).

What You Should Know About This Team

  • We are a strategic, collaborative team defining the communications landscape for a category leader.
  • Our work directly influences how millions experience our brand worldwide.
  • We prioritize growth and provide ample opportunities for professional development.
  • Our team fosters a culture of transparency, innovation, and high impact.
